Power of Promotion! On-line Marketing For Toastmasters Club Growth - Media ReleaseToastmasters are social!

Veteran Toastmaster member for over two decades, Rae Stonehouse DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster) releases new E-book ‘Power of Promotion! On-line Marketing For Toastmasters Club Growth’ that will be of interest to fellow Toastmaster Club Leaders.

Toastmasters International, established in 1924, arguably the world’s best provider of economical communication & leadership skill development skills, has more than 332,000 members, in over 15,400 clubs in 135 countries around the world.

Many Toastmasters clubs face a never-ending cycle of members joining and then leaving. Career and family commitments can put pressure on a member to continue their journey in the Toastmasters Communication & Leadership program.

For many Toastmasters Clubs, one of the biggest challenges in running a successful and productive club is creating a constant flow of visitors to attend as a club visitor. Visitors become members.

Author, Rae Stonehouse believes that Toastmasters clubs should be run like businesses and social media platforms provide promotional and marketing opportunities that can help spread the word about one of the world’s best kept secrets... Toastmasters.

A Toastmasters Club’s membership can quickly change from a healthy charter-strength club to one in danger of losing its Charter.

Rae Stonehouse has witnessed the cycle several times with his own club, Kelowna Flying Solo Toastmasters.

Toastmasters are known to be quite social, after-all they are striving to hone their communication skills. Then along comes social media and on-line tools that can increase not only their reach but their productivity.

Social media is here to stay, at least until the next “big thing” comes along. Keeping up with what’s new, what’s hot and what’s not could easily turn into a full-time job. And indeed it has for many people as they have created a new career as Social Media Managers.

‘The Power of Promotion! On-line Marketing For Toastmasters Club Growth’ by Rae Stonehouse flattens the learning curve for anyone who wants to maximize their time spent on-line, without turning it into a full-time job.

In this easy-to-read, how-to manual, the author shares his experience with using social media to draw attention to his Toastmasters club and to convert visitors to his social media properties to actually visit his club and to join. Sometimes it has worked … sometimes not!

‘Power of Promotion! On-line Marketing For Toastmasters Club Growth’ by Rae Stonehouse offers sage advice, taking the reader step-by-step through the myriad of social media systems demonstrating how to maximize a club’s social media footprint and save time, to be even more productive. As in Mr. Stonehouse’s other publications he uses the “onion” approach of content exploration where he systematically peals back layer after layer. He takes his readers on a journey of discovery to the behind the scenes world of social media marketing.
